Ganking

 Why do people waste their time ganking? Because in the amount of turns it takes to attack another pimp (some rounds 1 turn, others 2 turns) you can gain $20M, $50M, $100M, $250M, $500M, etc. you fucktard! Now, how many turns would it have taken you to get $200M with your amount of hoes?! That's precisely why! It's like getting free money. Sure, you may lose some thugs in a gank, but if you do it well than you can get enough money to buy those thugs back *and* get a few supplies out of it.

To become a successful ganker you almost have to use multiple windows. This is a common window setup:

As you can see... 3 windows is an ideal set up: one to watch the rankings and/or pimp's profile, one with idlemart ready to spend the money you ganked, and one with an attack window open and your targets pimp i.d. already inserted. Scan the rankings and look for a pimp that seems to be building or turning. For example, this one target seems to have a lot more hoes then the rest. Unless your target just got killed and is offline, chances are that this pimp will turn up. Insert your target's pimp i.d. into the attack window, make sure "Home Invasion" is chosen and click on the pimp's profile with the rankings window (in this case, the top-left). Continually refresh it while hovering over the "Attack!" button on the attack screen with your mouse. This target will most likely be out of range for you to attack, but continue to refresh (pressing F5 on your keyboard is the easiest)...

 Once in range... press the attack button, and if you get a good hit quickly try to buy your supplies/thugs in your idlemart window (having preset amounts ready to purchase would increase your speed as well). You can have one more window opened for idlemart with a lower preset amount of supplies to purchase. This will allow you to quickly spend your left-over petty cash. You can try and focus on one pimp at a time, or refresh your Attack Rankings page and catch anyone who gets in range. Unfortunately, there is a down side to refreshing your Attack Rankings page: it's not as fast because you have to click 3 things - the pimp's name, the home invasion option, and then attack. However, when you refresh a pimp's profile you only need to click 1 thing: the attack button. When you are refreshing a specific target it's helpful if you periodically check the Rankings page to check for new, potential targets.

The Travel Gank

 Another tip to ganking is the Travel Gank. If you know for a fact that a pimp will definitely turn up in another city - and you are confident that you have the speed to pull this off - you can have a window open ready to travel just to get a gank. How should you know where a pimp will travel?... Sometime's it's fairly easy: a) the pimp's entire gang is in a certain city, b) you have taken notice to the fact that this pimp always travel to a certain city, c) there is a huge chance that this pimp will only travel to a city that gives good payouts (as certain cities are worse to turn up in then others), or d) your target is slow at spending his cash. Your windows can be set up the same way, except you will have at least one more window open to travel. You can either have the money on hand as you wait to travel which leaves you open to be ganked, by using the money from a previous gank, ...or have another window open and ready to sell supplies for travel-money. As you are refreshing your target's profile page, get ready to hit the travel button (make sure you go to the correct city) and then the attack button. Unless you are just have a vendetta with your target, are more then happy to just attack him/her, and/or are trying to pad your stats, travel ganks should be attempted when you know there will be lots of money to gank and are confident that you are fast enough to get your target before the cash is spent.

The Late Gank

 This is exactly what is sounds like: when you miss the greater part of a gank because your target has already spent the cash. Let's just say that I multi-turn and accumulate a total of $500M. If you go ahead and attack me and only get about $35M you have successfully late-ganked me. However, late ganks are a bit ambiguous because it may be that the attacker really wasn't trying to get the gank, but rather just wanted to attack the target and got a few dollars out of it. This can easily be mistaken as a late gank.

The Hoe Gank

 When considering a gank pimps tend to get blinded by the idea of getting money and forget about the target's hoes. However, it may be to your advantage to pay attention to the whole situation before you just mash the attack buttons. If your target is stealing hoes down below and either gets attacked or sells thugs off, there is a good chance that he/she will turn with a low amount of thugs. If this is the case and the thug:hoe ratio is less than 4:1, then you can just throw crack at your target instead of ganking. This is a very easy way to pick up hoes, but just make sure you have enough turns to put the hoes to use and not get killed. There is no point in stealing the hoes as your target jumps up if you only have, let's say... 35 turns. If you, however, have a good amount of turns to trick and put those bitches to use (and bring yourself to a safe thug:hoe ratio) then calculate the crack before they turn up. You may even get lucky and catch the same pimp for money and hoes. Sometimes when pimps turn up they have enough thugs to keep their hoes happy. When they first get in range just gank them. You would have surely killed most of their thugs... leaving them with less then 4 thugs per hoe. If they are dumb enough to turn again in the same town without buying thugs beforehand just send crack the next time he/she is in range. If you are quick enough - and your target is slow enough - you can steal hoes AND get the gank.

Another way to get the hoe gank is to calculate the amount of crack to send beforehand. Have an attack window set up with that amount of crack already entered and the "Steal Whores" option chosen. Buy a few rides and wait for someone with a good amount of hoes and a low amount of thugs to turn up. Instead of ganking, do a few drive-bys and ensure that you killed most of their thugs. Quickly click on the attack button to steal their hoes before they spend the cash. If you are fast enough, by the time they spend their money and refresh their screen they will be sitting on less hoes than they started out with.

 That's not too hard to learn and understand, but pay attention. We'll get into doing a drop now.
