THE BASICS
Yellow Section

This is basically the first thing you see when you log in - minus the attack and message at the bottom of the screen.
I will go through this section from top to bottom...
YOUR PIMP NAME (# ___ ) : When you signed up to play you were asked what you wanted your pimp's name to be... this is it! Your pimp # is only another way that you are identified. This has nothing to do with your ranking in the game, but rather it decreases the earlier you sign up to play. Those that signed up first have lower numbers.
----------
Birmingham : This is the city that EVERYONE starts off in when they sign up. However, if you were in another city THAT city would be displayed there. There are several cities that you can choose to go to...you can see which cities are offered if you click on the "Travel" link on the right hand side of the main screen. The cities in the game that are offered may vary from round to round, but Birmingham will ALWAYS be here to stay.
----------
You are worth: $ : This is called your NETWORTH, which tells you how much your pimp is worth. Your networth is comprised of the accumulated values of how many thugs and hoes you have, how much crack you have, (sometimes*) how many rides you have, (sometimes*) how much Kevlar you have, and how much Cash you are holding. Thugs, hoes, and crack will always have values that add to your networth.
Thugs, in this case shown above, are worth $1,000. Hoes, in this case, are worth $750. You have no crack, you have no rides, and you are holding $4,500.
Therefore: $1,000 + $750 + $4,500 = $6,250 (which you can see up there^)
* The values (thug value, hoe value, crack value, Kevlar value, ride value) may change from one round to the next, but the reason it says "sometimes" above is because the Admins. may decide to make rides and/or Kevlar be worth $0 in some rounds.
I'll provide another example for you :

In this current round, crack is worth $3, Kevlar is worth $0, and rides are worth $250...
Therefore: ($1,000 * 2) + ($750 * 2) + ($3 * 1,000,000) + ($250 * 2) + $2,000,000 = $5,004,000
Get it? See, although I have 10,000 Kevlar it still did not add to my networth. It is important to know the values for everything when you begin the round.
----------
National/Regional Ranking : National Ranking - shows you where you rank overall in the whole game.
Regional Ranking - shows you where you rank in the city that you're in.
----------
Turns : Displays how many turns you currently have. Every pimp starts off with 250 turns when they first sign up. Use your turns to get more hoes/thugs/ money, to attack other pimps, or produce crack. Every 10 minutes you receive 5 more turns. The maximum amount of turns you can have is 1000 ...during a normal round (there are "fun rounds" that give you lots more turns, but these fun rounds usually last a few days - compared to a normal round which lasts a month).
----------
Hoe/Thug Happiness % : Displays your hoes and thug happiness. In the picture above they are both 0% because I do not have any supplies to keep them happy. Crack and Condoms keep your hoes happy... Weed and Beer keeps your thugs happy (I'll go into more detail about how to keep them happy later on in the Supplies section). It is important to keep your hoes and thugs happy ...if your hoes are unhappy than it makes it easier for others to steal them from you, they may leave you when you use your turns, or even DIE when you use your turns ( :) yes, DIE...I'll explain this later in the Supplies section). If your thugs are unhappy, it is easier for other pimps to kill them.
----------
Payout % : Payout is the percentage of money you choose to give your hoes when you use your turns. 1% being the minimum...100% being the maximum. While using your turns it's best to keep the Payout on 1% so that you can maximize the amount of money you earn. If your hoes are slightly unhappy, putting your payout at 100% makes them happy again (but this does not mean that you HAVE to turn tricks at 100%...doing so will prevent you from earning any money). You can input whatever percentage you want to give them in the box and press ENTER ...or just press the "Set" button beside it.
----------
Cash : The amount of cash you are carrying. You get cash by turning your tricks, stealing it from other pimps by attacking them (and winning...and ONLY if *THEY* are carrying cash on them), or by selling some of your supplies.
----------
Thugs & Hoes: Shows you how many thugs and hoes you have. Simple as that.
Drugs, Alcohol & Supplies : Shows you how much crack, condoms, weed, and beer you currently have.
Crack - Keeps your hoes happy. To keep your hoes happy you need at least 10 crack for every hoe when you have the Payout set to 100%, but you should keep more if you plan to use your turns...since hoes use up your crack when you turn tricks (ex. for 1000 hoes you need 100 crack). If your hoes become unhappy due to a lack of crack, you run the risk of them leaving you when you use your turns and it allows others to easily steal them from you. Also, you can send crack to other pimps to steal their hoes.
Condoms - Keeps your hoes happy. At least about 60% of your hoes need condoms in order to keep them happy (ex. for 10 hoes you need 6 condoms). This is the minimum amount of condoms, but, just like crack, you would need extra because hoes use up condoms when you use your turns. If you run out of condoms, your hoes become unhappy which makes it easy for others to steal your hoes from you...and when you turn your hoes can DIE of STD's (They only cost $1...just stock about 5 million so that you wouldn't have to worry about purchasing more any time soon).
Weed - Keeps your thugs happy. To keep your thugs happy you need at least 6 weed for every 10 thugs, but the same applies ...keep more than the minimum because your thugs use up weed when you turn tricks, if you produce crack, and when you attack another pimp. If your thugs become unhappy, they will die in attacks a lot more easily.
Beer - Keeps your thugs happy. To keep your thugs happy you need at least 6 beer for every 10 thugs, but the same applies ...keep more than the minimum because your thugs use up beer when you turn tricks, if you produce crack, and when you attack another pimp. If your thugs become unhappy, they will die in attacks a lot more easily.
----------
Arsenal : Shows how many AK-47s you have, how many Kevlar Vests you have, and how many Lowriders (or "Rides") you have.
AK-47s : Needed for your thugs in order to attack or defend yourself against other pimp's attacks. You need one AK for every thug...no questions asked!
Kevlar Vest : These are used to protect your thugs in attacks. They do not make your thugs invincible, but they do help to reduce the amount of thugs lost during attacks.
Rides : The sole purpose of rides are to use them in Drive-By attacks. An ideal number of rides to have is 1 ride for every 4 thugs...anything more than that puts you at risk of having them stolen from you easily.
----------
Next Turn in : Shows you how long you have to wait to get more turns. Every pimp gets 5 turns every 10 minutes. This is basically a countdown until your next 5 turns.
----------
CONSOLE : Clicking on this link brings you to your "Console."
This screen shows you:

Except, of course, for this message you see here....this would be your Console when you first sign in. When you join a gang, this screen becomes a bit more complicated:

(1) a list of your gang mates (if you happen to be in a gang), and which of them are online is indicated by red font ... you're included (in this case, I am the only one in my gang).
(2) shows your gang's MOTD - Message Of The Day. Just a little blurb or message that only a gang's leader and/or co-leader can write. Below the Gang MOTD is "Change MOTD"...click that if you want to change or update the MOTD (pretty self-explanatory). Below that is your gang's name, its rank out of all the gangs, its Networth (an accumulation of every gang member's networth + how many gang thugs the gang has * $8000), how many gang thugs your gang has, how much cash your gang is carrying, and the gang Dues %.
Gang thugs help during attacks (offensive and defensive), but do not help out as much as your own thugs do. So, for example, if you have 10,000 thugs and your gang has 40,000 gang thugs, it won't be as if you are really attacking with 50,000 thugs. Gang thugs just offer a bit more protection - one of the advantages of being in a gang.
As each member of the gang turns tricks, the gang accumulates a percentage of the money earned. This total amount of money earned is located directly below the Gang Thugs - "Cash: $" - and the percentage that the gang takes is below that, the Dues %. Dues can be anywhere from 1 to 3%. It is with this money that the gang leader or co-leader purchases gang thugs. You can see how much each gang member has earned for the gang in the "Gang Menu,"...however, I'll go over that later.
(3) is a list of your 10 latest attacks in and out. When you are attacked, the attacker's name appears on the "Attacks IN" list, and you may click on the pimp's name to see the details of the attack. The last ten people that you attacked is shown on the "Attacks OUT" list...and you may click on the victim's name to see the details of the attack here as well. Also, below each set of attacks is a "Show More" link. This link brings you to a list of ALL your attacks in/out in chronological order.
(4) These three options involve your console messages...Clicking on "Send" creates a new message. The "Delete" button deletes all messages that you have checked off (to the far left of section 4). The "Select All" button checks off every message in your console, making it easier to delete your messages all at once.
(5) This is a list of the messages you have received. From left to right, it shows a check-off box (for when you choose to delete certain messages), the pimp's name, the title of the message he or she sent, the date and time it was sent, and how big the message is (in bytes). Clicking on the message titles takes you to the message, and clicking on the pimp's name takes you to that pimp's profile.
----------
Below your console button is where you receive indication that you have been attacked or have received a message since you last checked your console. That indicator is also another link to your console page.
